Fotis Skourletis
| Biography
Fotis Skourletis was born in Athens in 1982. He studied Film studies (New York College) and Reflexology (Natural Health Science). He wrote, directed and produced the short films “Brainstorm” (2006) and “Open Wound” (2018). He is involved in film direction and screenwriting. His films participated and awarded in several national and international film festivals. In 2021 he completed his third short film “Reflections”, which made its national premiere in Athens International Film Festival (September 2021) and its international premiere in Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival – PÖFF Shorts (November 2021).
In 2019 he published his first poetry book “Ghosts” and he was nominated for the Poet Debut Prize by the Hellenic Authors’ Society. His second poetry book “Transformations” was published in December 2021.
