Simone Rosset
| Biographie
Simone Rosset is a director and visual artist. After studying at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, he graduated from the Piedmont Experimental Center of Cinematography.
In his artistic language he intersects the codes of cinema of reality with experimental animation; interested in exploring the possible points of contact and trespassing between the real and the imaginary. He collaborates extensively with the world of performing arts, creating workshops, installations and documentaries (among others with Teatro stabile di Torino, Zona K, Teatro della caduta, Reggio Emilia Teatri, Teatro Coccia di Novara, Circolo dei lettori di Torino).
His works have been presented at the Turin Film Festival, Indielincs, Nefiltravanae kino, and screened at Lincoln performing art center (UK) and Macba (Museum of contemporary art of Barcelona) as part of the Mecal Pro Barcelona Film festival.
